Best color correction for digital projection
I need to transfer our film for projection at a film festival. The festival requires BETA SP or DIGIBETA. I’m assuming DIGIBETA is better so I will go for that. The problem I have is that I can’t do any projection testing until the day of the screening. The film looks great on an LCD screen but it plays on the dark side (see trailer below) so should I modify the color correction (or the Lift/Gamma/Gain) somewhat for optimal projection?
