  Closed circuit broadcasting system

  Hello. I am not in the video field but i as an Otolaryngologist i have a special need. I want to use my clinic´s tv sets at waititng rooms to get medical education and publicity to patients and visitors.

  I want these monitors to display my video content at given times, returning back to normal cable/tv channels as it is difficult to fill 13 hours 5 days a week with my own production.

  My simple solution was to store my content in a HDD/DVD recorder and setup an automatic playlist, but i have no solution for returning back to normal tv channels.

  Is there any software or afordable piece of equipment that can help me do so?. It would be like setting your own tv channel, tell the system where the content is and let it run on auto-pilot
