  Head Clog: How do you know?

  We got a note from a cable network telling us the copy of the film we sent them has some artifacts and, in one instance, there is a head clog issue.

  Question: I’m looking at the spot where they say there’s a head clog. It’s a really quick cut. They say at the bottom of the screen the head clog is visible. Can someone tell me what I’m looking for?
