Error on BVW-70
Hi Friends, Hope this is the right area for this ? We’ve got an old faithful Sony BVW-70 Beta Sp deck that just came up with an error 0A. Does anyone have any links to info on this problem? There doesn’t appear to be any on the web. I was using it via rs422 control through my AJA Io box running FCP. I was in the log/capture mode and was just scanning the tape when it died. It now automatically ejects any tape we try to load after a few seconds of what sounds like “positioning”. I’ve tried the usual power up/down everything connected.
