I have a Daiwa fluidhead and tripod system marketed thru Camera Support International (CSI TD 15)
which I bought in 2001, and has developed some slight play in the pan movement. Is it possible to get
it rebuilt or reconditioned? If not, is it possible to purchase a new fluidhead that stilll works with my CSI tripod and camera plate??

    thanx
