  Error parsing properties list

  Hello everybody,

  I’m running Adob After effects CS4, and every time i start up i get this message: Error parsing properties list then i click ok and the tiny infobox disappears.
  when i open after effects again i see this:

  After effects cant continue: sorry, After Effects has creahed. See
  http://www.adobe.com/support/products/aftereffects.html for known issues. If you still can’t resolve this question, please contact Adobe technicl support (2).
