I’ve recently been using a Sony DSR570 (DVCAM) and have been getting a lot of blue fringing where bright and dark areas collide (eg around leaves against a white sky). Does anyone have any experience with how to minimise this? Am I overexposing?

    Thanks,

    Ken.

Welcome to the world of shooting on DVCAM. The only way to reduce it is to minimize contrasting colors.

Thanks for the tips – I’ll try them.

    Best,

    Ken.
