  2398 to SLOW PAL

  Hi Guys

  I really hope someone can help, i need to take a 23.976 to a SLOW PAL (prores to prores) I normally use Cinema Tools but i need to create a automatic rule online

  So normally the 23.98 is 30 seconds and once through Cinema Tools it comes back 27.12 this is not adding or taking away any frames just speeding it up …

  I have tried multiple things and it keeps adding 1 frame every second which i dont want, any ideas ?
