I am using ffmepg to transpose videos which has taken by an iphone (.mov) before the operation the video size is approximatively 1Mo and after using ffmpeg transpose function the output file size is 490ko.
It is necessarily ffmpeg which doing that, how i can improve the qualty of the output video? is it possible?
    Thank you for your answer.

Post your command. The default settings for ffmpeg are often very low quality, so unless you specify higher quality / data rate they tend to give you tiny, but shonky looking results.
