  Concurrency Problem With Ffmpeg.

  I am using ffmpeg (version released on dec 26th 2011) to convert videos to mp4.

  The videos are converting properly and i am linking the converted videos with JWPlayer.

  When i am trying to upload and convert videos to mp4 from defferent users(from defferent machines) the server is getting hanged.

  The process is not at all finishing.

  i am requesting your suggessions.
