  Merge Video (without audio) and MP3

  I have a 30 second video file (as uncompressed AVI or compressed MPG) without audio. I want to merge the video with an mp3 which is 10 second at the beginning

  do you want to have the mp3 play at the same time as the video, or before the video? It’s unclear from your question.
