  Proplem converting any video to flv

  Hi, my script creating this command but it is giving error. Please look at the command and tell me what is wrong?

  /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg -i ‘~~/admin/videos/VFC20110915_005.mpg’ -s ‘320×240’ -sameq ” -acodec ‘mp3′ -ab ’64kb’ -ar ‘44100’ -f ‘flv’ -pass ‘1’ -passlogfile ‘~~/admin/tmp/1316077088-4e71be20330f6-multipass’ -y ~~/admin/tmp/1316077088-4e71be2032d0b.flv &> ~~/admin/tmp/1316077088-4e71be20334d9.info

  hi,

  sometimes it converts the video and some times converts the video with 0kb flv file.

  Any clue?

  can you post the terminal output from one of the times it fails?
