  Using libavformat package

  Hi

  I am new to ffmpeg so kindly bear with me.
  I have a hardware demux which demux the transport stream but now i need to support mp4 container format. So can I use libavformat to parse the mp4 file and is it possible to get the audio & video data give it to the decoder ???. Please help me on how to parse the mp4 format and pass the audio and video data to decoders .
