    Hi all,
Im working in a featured film and im receiving the footage in 10bit MOV Uncompressed files.
Im making some VFX using After Effects and i just wanted to know if the project settings i should use to work and render must be in 16bit.

I worked with 10bit logaritmic DPX files in the past, and i worked in AE in 32bits, but the 10bit linear footage is kinda new to me. So any help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks
    mf

You should work in 16-bit and output back to 10-bit uncompressed, TGA sequence etc.
