  How can I achieve this?

  Hi there!

  I have the spec below.
  Is there any software or method which allows me to achieve these criteria?

  VIDEO

  – Native AVC/H.264 ISO/IEC 14496-10.

  – Profile: High

  – Level: 4 – 5.1

  – Chroma: 4:2:0

  – Entropy coding mode: CABAC

  – Video bitrate: 25000 Kbps CBR (Constant Bitrate)

  CONTAINER

  – QuickTime

  I’ve tried in Premiere CC2014, After Effects 13.2, Handbrake, but neither of those could let me set levels and profile when exporting as QT. I’ve managed to export it as H264 (mp4) and customize those settings, but that’s not ISO/IEC 14496-10.

  Please help!
