  video slippage

  hi i got back a error report from a India post house that the program i sent them has “Video Slippage” i never heard that term before. can someone clarify?

  I’d hope a post house would describe problems in technical terms.
  Maybe they’re referring to sync but if they are, they should describe it as that.
  If you have to guess then you better ask someone who has the tech understand to explain. You should not be put into the position of guessing.
