  • Eduacational material with lip-reading – what settings?

    Hi!

We have produced 3,5 hours of educational material in English.

The target is hard of hearing pupils that, instead of trying to hear what’s being said on a CD played, can listen to and view the text read by a person on-screen. Besides the face we also display the actual text being read. So, no fast movements here. 🙂

The target is DVD and the web. Source is 720P50, PAL.

I wonder if you guys have any advice on what codec and settings that would work on most platforms, thus giving good quality but still not “too heavy”.

There are about 80 films, duration from 1 to 10 minutes.

    Any suggestions/ideas are greatly welcome!
