I have exported my video with Final Cut Pro 7 and compressed it with Apple Compressor (YouTube sharing) however it is pixelated and jumpy.

33 seconds in it starts juddering and pixelates. It does it again at the end and jumps to a shot in the middle of the film when the credits are up. All of these problems happen after it has been compressed.

Here are some details on my video:

    Framesize 1280 x 720 (regular 720p)
    Quicktime or MP4
    Codec is H264
    Max data rate 8 Mbps
Audio is AAC stereo 44.1 Kh
    Apple Compressor
    Apple Prores

Does anyone happen to know why I might be getting these problems?

    Thanks in advance!

Can you try a different compression program like Handbrake or MPEG Streamclip and see if you get the same results?
