  After effect Problem

  Hi All
  I have core 2 quard with 4 GB ram windows XP. I am using after effects cs3 professional.it was working fine i think i change some setting now when i import anuthing it freeses and at the task bar of computer shows OGG direct show filter.I delete that filter still not importing anything even picture in JPG. Please help me i will appreciate.

  I think it’s best to perform a complete re-install. It sounds like something serious.
