  Compressor Requiring a Password Before Starting

  Compressor works great for me but every time I start a job I get two pop ups requiring me to enter my password.

  The first is Compressorjobcontroller.bundle wants my permission to make changes then a few seconds later Contentcontroller.bundle wants my permission to make changes.

  How do I get rid of these pop ups requiring my password before I can start compressing a job???

  Have you checked to see if you have permission on your hard drive to write to? You may want to check that. Go to your main hard drive, hit Command+I and unlock the drive (it will prompt you for a password) and make sure you have read+write permission.
