    Hello,

I’ve made a lot of tutorials with Screenflow so I want to know how to compress them.
My final output is the web so I’m trying to make the file size small as possible.
A good example would be like lynda.com
Their 5 min video is usually around 5~10MB and I can’t get it to that size without losing quality.

Right now, I’m exporting the video from Screenflow as lossless and compression is done using Media Encoder.
I’m learning about compression right now so if anyone can direct me to the right spot that will be great.

btw, the video settings from lynda.com are these
    -File is MOV
    -Size is 960×540
    -video codec is h.264, AAC
    -ColorProfile is SD (6-1-6)
    -Audio Channel is 1
    -Bitrate is 209

Now how do I get this???

Why? Your goal should be enough quality to show all the detail needed for the viewer at a reasonable data rate.

How are you determining the Lynda video specs?
That’s a very low bitrate for the frame size. It might be possible with a low frame rate. It might be more possible with x264 codec which seems to do well at low data rates compared to other H.264 encoders.
