  XML in Encoding

  I understand most video formats pretty well, and have mostly mastered Compressor, Sorenson Squeeze and MPEG Streamclip. Do you know what I should be prepared to encounter at an entry-level video encoding position at a major TV network?

  Also, can someone get me started on how XML is used for encoding video?

  Any help is greatly appreciated.
