  can’t export wmv w in & out via Flip4Mac

  I’m doing a wmv export via the Quicktime player* c/o Flip4Mac v2.2. I bracketed an in & out point for that part I want to export to wmv *but* get the entire thing exported. One would think the export would work with those limits, any ideas?

  *Quicktime Player 7 running on OS 10.6.3

  BTW I tried to post this at the Flip4Mac forum.telestream but get an error when I try to register (same problem on several Mac & browsers)

  Updates are bug fixes. If you have Flip4Mac check for updates you’ll find the current version is 2.3.5.4.
  Please look at your System Prefpan Flip4Mac Update tab.

  I think the issue is that Flip 4 Mac in QT player allows you to set in and out points, but then you have to copy that section and paste it into a new player window. It will paste only what you marked in the source clip.

  Then export. MPEG Streamclip on the other hand obeys your in and out points and exports what you marked within the same clip.

  Always hated that in QT player.
