  Compression problems

  Aright,
  So I have been trying to compress this video all day and it never quite makes the cut. I have literally spent the past 4 hours trying different compressions and have yet to find one that works.

  I have a 2:44 reel I’m trying to get onto Vimeo from a After Effects 3gig .avi.

  I cant get small enough without loosing all quality. Normally I use SUPER v2010.build.38 but it decided to stop working and cuts up my video for no reason. I have to get this up.

  Any idea’s? the video is in 720 x 480. I need to get it about 20 megs Im guessing. I do have Adobe Media Encoder cs4. On a PC
