  MOV to MPEG-1 Applications?

  I’ve used Visual Hub to create MPEG-1 files for a client that wants to have them run on old Windows Media Players. I could set my dimensions, quality, bit rate and 2 -pass encoding. Now VH doesn’t run since I updated to Snow Leopard and I can’t find any good software that can encode a good mpeg-1. There’s a work around in compressor but I can’t do 2-pass or set bit rate. Any good programs for the mac that you know of? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
