  quicktime from F C Express

  I am trying various combinations to export my small video projections into a QT format (PAL 720.576. Comp rate H.264). They play fine on both my Macs, but when i transfer them to PC/laptop for use with live show they stagger or freeze up every few secs. Does anybody have any great tips on export settings for best quality as they are to be used with a live performance?

  PAL format as in UK.

  Please read sticky at the top of the forum. You’re not providing enough meaningful info.
  Maybe the laptop is an Intel Celeron with 4200rpm hard drive and your H.264 file is 10,000kbps
