    Hi All,
I’m looking for the fastest way to get prores out of a DPX-Sequence. So far, Apple Compressor seems to be the way to do it, though with the hitch that compressor seems to assume that DPX sequences are 24fps, so the resultant Quicktimes have to be run through cinematools at the end. Has anyone any other ideas that may be faster than this even?

    Kind regards,
    James

    Hi!

Just double click on the DPX-sequence you’ve imported to Compressor. Then you can set at which frame rate you want Compressor to interpret the sequence. The default is 24.

It’s too bad you can’t change the default setting to 25 or the like.
