  Preserving Embedded Alpha Channel w/compressor

  I need to compress about 500 files from HD to SD (animation codec in both versions) and I need to keep the embedded alpha channel so the files can be simple to use in the edit room (or I risk mutiny from editors if I need to give them seperate fills/mattes).

  I can’t find a way in compressor to keep the alpha channel. Does anyone know of a way to do this? I am totally screwed without finding a way to do this.
