Is it possible to remove 3:2 pulldown from a video when it has a broken cadence?

The footage I’m working with is 29.97i, but the source (which I don’t have or have access to) was 24P. As far as I know it was shot on film or RED and was transcoded to ProRes. I don’t know why it was converted to 29.97 at that phase, but this is how all of the footage is in the client’s entire footage library.

I have 3TB of footage so I’m not sure how practical it is to remove the pulldown on each individual clip. Practicality aside, is that the only or best way to go back to 24P? I’ve tried running the reverse telecine in Compressor to get the exported edit back to 24P to no avail.
