  Compressor Only Captures 2 Cores

  Greetings,

  Our Mac Pro has 16 cores and 8 GB’s of RAM. We are running FCS3 with Snow Leopard. I have created an 8 Core Cluster using the following settings:

  ”
  QuickCluster with Services
  Service:Compressor with “Share” and Managed” checked, and yes I did a double check and I am definitely setting up Compressor and not the Rendering setting.

  I included 8 instances in the Compressor core.
  Unmanaged Services are checked.

  ADVANCED:

  Advanced Service Settings
  Restart all services every 24 hours checked
  Delete files older than 1 Day

  Extras:
  Log Service activity to file checked
  Show apple qmaster service status in menu bar checked”

  But somehow compressor continually only captures a few cores at a time, but never all 8. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
