  image layer duration. Please help

  Suddenly when importing a Psd file it sets the duration of the layers to 10 seconds. I cannot extend them. I changed the setting in preferences to import with 50 seconds. The comp will be 50 seconds but the layers remain 10. I’ve deleted preferences. I don’t know what else to do.
  I’m sure it’s simple .. please help me

  Apparently I had copied a frame from a Quicktime movie to the PSD. after deleting this layer in the PSD and saving, the document now imports correctly
