  Compressing 720p

  I am working off of Final Cut Pro on a Mac and I need to send an uncompressed editied video to the SFX artist who is working off a PC. What is the best way to do this? the footage was shot 720/24p

  That, in part, depends on what they can handle.
  8 or even 10 bit uncompressed might work. Apple ProRes has a free decoder for Windows now.

  What about DNxHD? This may be a valid option.
