  Green lines/blocks after using compressor

  Just curious if anyone else has encountered the following issue: I edit a show in HDV (it is shot in HDV and goes to tape HDV for broadcast (strange, I know)). When I make approval copies on DVD, I export a Self-Contained QT Movie and use the compressor settings for “DVD Fast Quality 90 min.” When I’ve tried using “DVD Best Quality 90 min” I’ve encountered odd green artifacts, lines, blocking, etc once it is out of compressor. Does the 2-pass VBR with Best Quality settings cause anyone else the same issue?
  I am using the full Studio 2 production suite.

  Odd, never seen it before on anything but a live real-time encode or digital transmission or corrupt digital tape.
