  Compressor Problem

  Hi.

  I seem to be having some problems with Compressor and I was hoping someone might have some suggestions for how to fix it.

  The programme loads up fine, you can upload the file, attach the compression settings… but then as soon as I hit “submit” I get the following message:

  “Please restart your computer or verify your compressor installation is correct”

  I’ve tried restarting several times but it doesn’t help and I’m not able to use Compressor at the moment.

  I’m using Final Cut Studio 2, Compressor version 3.0.4, and it’s now happening on two different computers (with seperate software).

  Has anyone else received this message? Any ideas how to fix it?
