  Compressor program and batches

  Does anyone know how to or if it is possible to compress more than one video at a time in Compressor?

  Sure, what version are you using?

  If you are using version 3, just ad another job and ad your video clip to it. Choose your preset, ad another job, choose your preset, then press submit and it will render all of the jobs as a batch.
