When I export a self contained Qt from final cut v.6 for compressor 3.0.3, does it speed up compression, or improve quality, if I export video only, for the m2v compression, and audio only (aiff) for the audio dolby 2.0 in compressor.

It seems that if I do them separately, compressor might process them simultaneously, rather that waiting for the audio to finish before starting the video.

i think (correct me if i’m wrong) that the audio and video will still automatically sync up fine when I bring them into DVDsp as separate files to make the DVD.

I used to do this before I upgraded, but just checking to see if I should continue to do the separate exports, or if it doesn’t matter.
