I have a three minute video shot with a HD cam in 16/9 that I would like to compress for web use.
Since I’m totally new to this I know nothing about codecs or compression types.
How should I do if I want a 100meg QT file with the correct dimensions intact? MPEG-4, H.263, Sorensson?
I’ve tried different solutions but I can’t seem to get it right
An easy step by step thing would make me very happy
    All best
    Linda

Are you talking about the final frame size dimensions?

I.e 16:9 example frames sizes are:

    512×288, 640×360, 256×144 etc

The dimensions are regardless of whatever CODEC you choose.

Or did you mean something else?
