  Compress MP3 creates lag

  I`m trying do a short movie and if I just compress the movie with sound it works fine, but if I try to compress the movie together with a mp3-file the sound lags (just the sound from the mp3). It lags like every second or so. I have tried to compress in AE and in sorenson squeeze with 50 different settings but nothing works.. the same lag every time.
