  FLV Compression

  Hi All,

  I am writing here the whole process which i was followed. I got a chroma shot, I had cut off the key and export the file in to MOV

  format. I used PNG in compression bcoz i want it transparent for FLASH. Then i made FLV from that MOV file. Here are the sizes for

  all files:

  CHROMA: 156 MB
  MOV: 89.9 MB
  FLV: 4.5 MB

  I want it to play on web and on that size the movie is playing with jerks and alot of hanging. Can anyone share me with his

  techniques for compress it more to play smoothly.
