  MPEG-2 Compression

  Hey guys,

  Ive been looking on the internet for a basic description/explanation on MPEG 2 compression and I havent been able to find a basic explanation.

  Can anyone please provide me with a very very basic explanation of MPEG 2 compression or some websites that might have it? I only need like a phrase or 2 sentences MAX keeping it simple!
