  WMV File size

  What is a resonable file size for a 10 minute 720×486 video converted to a wmv file? I am encoding it at 750 kbps, 12 fps, 22 for audio, 320×240. Anything lower than that looks blurry pixellated. The final encode at that setting is around 39 MB and it meant to be played on a clients website.

  If that’s too big of a file size can you recommend better settings? I’ve tried so many different ones on test clips and it seems like those are as low as it wants to go before looking crappy.
