  Quicktime Failure in Sorenson 4.3

  We use Sorenson 4.3 to compress quicktimes, and suddenly out of the blue, it quck making the files. It compresses all the way until “complete,” then the file is no where to be found. Sometimes I see error 0x8003001e. Has anyone experienced any of this before? We have no problem making windows media.
