  MPEG4 Streaming Compression settings

  I am needing to know the best way to keep the best quality and keep the video under 4.5 mb or low enough to be able to be loaded and streamed quickly by dsl and cable users.

  I want to stream MP4, and there will be up to 20 different clips ranging from 1 to 3 minutes each. Im looking for the best setting to keep the most quality, or the best setting any of yall have came to like.

  At 3 full minutes it will be a chore to keep it under 4.5 megs. Couple things….what will be the final frame size of the MP4? I suggest using 15 frames per second. This can help with overall quality. Also, crop as much from the image as you can. That helps pull things in and there will be less to encode for each frame.

  It will be tough for DSL users to be able to stream them smoothly.
