  Intentional Compression Disruption

  This is sort of a bizarre question, but I’m looking for a way to disable, delete, or corrupt the keyframes of a quicktime so that the interframes will go nuts and eat themselves alive. I know it can be done, as I’ve seen the effect on accidentally corrupted files and this is an entire experimental piece based on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMZu0FO8G8U

  All my attempts at similar effects have either done nothing at all or resulted in an un-viewable file. Anyone have any ideas?
