  compressor error

  I’m using the latest version of compressor and the latest version of FCP. When exporting from FCP to compressor I’m getting an error after submitting. The error says, “Cannot submit batch” then “unable to connect to bacground process”

  Can anyone smarter than I tell me how I can troubleshoot this?
