  Poor quality dissolves on DVD?

  Greetings. Using Compressor, best 90 min preset, to create assets for a DVD from DVCAM source in FCP. Everything looks pretty good, but on occasion a dissolve or GFX move gets blocky and ugly. Not all, just some. Saw SOME improvement with a higher bitrate, but it’s now pushing 8mps, which is probably too high.

  Any ideas?
