  4×3 to 16×9

  I have a 4×3 spot that I need to convert for 16×9 display. The end product needs to be an MPEG1 file. I am using Cleaner 6.5 on a MAC. The clients end specs request dimensions of 852×480. Cleaner is telling me the dimensions need to be a multiple of 16 for MPEG1 compression, 852 is not. Could some one please give me some guidance on the best way to tackle this monster? Thanks for any help given.
