At my website, http://www.MissyMoments.com I have a demo video under the services section. It’s in WMV format because I could not export it out of Premiere into another format and not severely lose quality. I know that I probably have the settings all wrong, but can you please make a suggestion or two on how I can compress it to MPEG and QT and keep it at a reasonable download size?

    Thanks

Encoding on the PC for Quicktime would require that you have Quicktime installed and if you upgrade to Quicktime Pro you should be able to export your clip to the H264 codec and get a great result. As for MPEG-1, can’t you export right out of Premier to MPEG-1?

I wouldn’t bother with MPEG-1…I would get Quicktime and upgrade to Quicktime Pro then put the WMV and QT files on your site and you have almost everyone covered.
