  using cleaner 5.1 can’t find windows media player codec for audio

  hi,
  my PC crashed recently- now when i try compressing in Cleaner 5.1- i get an error that the codec is missing for windows media player audio. this PC is not connected to the internet- using the player from my Windows 2000 pro install- can’t fuigure out where the problem is. wouldn’t everything be intact from the windows install?
