  Encoding for PAL DVD

  I need to create a PAL DVD from an NTSC QuickTime movie (29.97 fps, 720 x 486, even field dominant). I’m thinking that if I export a new movie from QT pro with PAL settings (25 fps, 720 x 576), I can import this into Encore for encoding and authoring. Will this work? Is there a better way to do this? The program was shot and cut ntsc on an avid.
